The Miss Caitlin Room features a queen-size, brass, canopy bed, original pumpkin pine flooring, wood burning fireplace, private bath, and a selection of books and magazines.
Miss Caitlin's large private bath has a sunken, enclosed claw foot tub with a hand held shower. A perfect place to revitalize and refresh after a days outing. In days past this was a sleeping room for the driver of distinguished guests. Miss Caitlin and Master William rooms are located at the front of the inn with access to a wonderful balcony overlooking Lyman Brook as it crosses Route 11. The rooms each have a sitting area, with either a couch and armchair or two armchairs. Feel free to enjoy one of the novels from the built-in bookcases, or curl up with one of your own and enjoy the snap and crackle of the fireplace on a cool Fall or Winter day. In the Spring and Summer enjoy conversation, your book, or wave to a fellow traveler from the balcony as you rock to the sound of the brook.
