Master William Room |

Across the hall is the Master William Room. It has a queen bed, wood burning fireplace and private bath with a ½ size tub and full shower. Note the sink next to the dresser. This was the Inn's original indoor running water. They have been retained in the rooms as part of the historical preservation. Miss Caitlin and Master William rooms are located at the front of the inn with access to a wonderful balcony overlooking Lyman Brook as it crosses Route 11. The rooms each have a sitting area, with either a couch and armchair or two armchairs. Feel free to enjoy one of the novels from the built-in bookcases, or curl up with one of your own and enjoy the snap and crackle of the fireplace on a cool Fall or Winter day. In the Spring and Summer enjoy conversation, your book, or wave to a fellow traveler from the balcony as you rock to the sound of the brook.
